The primary objective of this tender is to procure Microsoft licenses and communication services for a period of thirty-six (36) months to support the operational needs of the National Gambling Board (NGB). The appointed service provider will be responsible for providing and maintaining Microsoft communication solutions, including licenses, telephony, hosting, security, storage, backup, support, and related services, ensuring seamless and reliable communication infrastructure for the NGB.
