The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Mobile Interactive Smart Board Screen that meets specified technical and functional requirements. The goal is to acquire a versatile, high-resolution touch screen device suitable for conferencing and interactive presentations, with comprehensive support for various conferencing platforms and mobility within the premises.
The scope of the tender includes the supply of a single 75-inch 4K resolution smart board with touch capabilities, integrated camera, audio system, and necessary components such as stylus pens, stand, and cables. The product must support multiple conferencing platforms (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams), include a 3-year warranty, and feature mobility options like a trolley or wheels.
