| Special Conditions: | The bids will be evaluated on the basis of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act No.5, 2000), and the regulations pertaining thereto (2022), as well as the Ntinga OR Tambo Development Agency SOC Ltd Supply Chain Management policy 80/20 preference point system will be used as per the NORTDA SCM policy. Functionality criteria will apply on the Bids listed above where a minimum of 70% need to be scored to proceed to stage 2 of the evaluation (Price and Preference points) or to form part of the panel, but except in a project for Panel for the mechanization of land in five (5) local municipalities in the ORTD for a period of 36 months where proof of ownership / agreements of Implements is required. |

The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel for the supply and delivery of agricultural chemicals within five (5) local municipalities in the OR Tambo District for a period of 36 months. The aim is to ensure the consistent procurement of quality agricultural chemicals to support agricultural activities in the specified municipalities.
