The primary objective of this tender is to establish a Panel of Attorneys (Legal Panel) to provide specialized legal services to Musina Local Municipality. The panel aims to ensure the municipality has access to qualified legal expertise to support its legal needs over a period of three (03) years.
The scope of the tender includes the provision of specialized legal services as required by the municipality. This encompasses legal advice, representation, and other related legal services necessary for the effective functioning of the municipality over the three-year period.
