  • Provision of credible and/or accredited short learning programmes aligned with national standards (e.g., SETA, SAQA, ETQA).
  • Evidence of relevant experience in delivering similar training interventions, including successful project references.
  • Qualified facilitators, assessors, and moderators with appropriate certifications, CVs, and registration proof.
  • Development of course outlines, unit standard IDs, NQF levels, credits, durations, and target groups for each training intervention.
  • Adherence to legislative and policy frameworks applicable to training in the public sector, including compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Provision of compliant venues, training materials, and support for virtual/online delivery where required.
  • Capacity to monitor and report on training progress, attendance, and competency achievement.
