  • Design and supply of corporate clothing for IDC staff, including formal and casual branded items, incorporating IDC branding subtly, made from high-quality, sustainable materials, and customizable for sizes and embroidery.
  • Supply of promotional items such as pens, notebooks, water bottles, USB drives, tote bags, banners, and other corporate gifts, ensuring practicality, durability, eco-friendliness, and innovation to promote pride and personal use outside of work.
  • Provision of services across a minimum of five provinces, with bidders indicating their ability to service specific regions.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements are categorized based on firm size:

For Small and Medium-sized Firms:

  • Demonstrate relevant experience with at least three contactable references in each bidding category within the past three years.
  • Provide a qualified team including an Account Manager, Designer, and Production Specialist with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Submit a Portfolio of Evidence with at least three case studies per category, including actual produced items and proof of delivery.

For Large-sized Firms:

  • Minimum of ten years relevant experience with at least five references for similar work in the past three years.
  • Provide a qualified team including an Account Manager, Designer, and Production Specialist with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Submit a Portfolio of Evidence with at least five case studies per category, including images and proof of delivery.
