The primary objective of this tender is to procure performance management (contracting and assessment) training for Brand South Africa staff. Technical Requirements

The service provider must:

  • Possess a valid SETA/QCTO accreditation (expired accreditations will not be considered).
  • Hold a relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related fields.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in facilitating Performance Management training.
  • Provide a CV of the facilitator(s).
  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions, each within a one-day duration, with two separate sessions (for managers and staff).
  • Complete the training within two weeks of appointment.

Skills Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilitating performance management and assessment training.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging, practical workshops.
  • Strong understanding of organisational culture and values integration.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Capacity to work under supervision and adhere to organisational guidelines.
