Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure performance management (contracting and assessment) training for Brand South Africa staff. The training aims to educate employees on the mechanics of performance contracting and assessment, while also embedding the new Brand South Africa Values, Culture requirements, and Team Culture Management components introduced in the 2026/27 performance framework.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Facilitating separate face-to-face training sessions for Brand South Africa staff, including managers and all staff members (total of 54 staff).
• Conducting hands-on workshops covering:
• Performance contracting and assessment processes
• Brand South Africa Values and Culture
• Team Culture Management
• Delivering the training within one day, split into two sessions (for managers and staff), to be completed within two weeks from appointment, enabling finalization of performance contracts by 30 June 2026.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must:

• Possess a valid SETA/QCTO accreditation (expired accreditations will not be considered).
• Hold a relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related fields.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in facilitating Performance Management training.
• Provide a CV of the facilitator(s).
• Deliver face-to-face training sessions, each within a one-day duration, with two separate sessions (for managers and staff).
• Complete the training within two weeks of appointment.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in facilitating performance management and assessment training.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, practical workshops.
• Strong understanding of organisational culture and values integration.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Capacity to work under supervision and adhere to organisational guidelines.
