Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to invite qualified bidders to provide pharmaceuticals analysis services for Rand Water. • Provision of human resources and equipment resources necessary to undertake the project.
• Adherence to the project programme and delivery timelines.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements encompass:

• Provision of detailed descriptions of previous projects similar to the scope of this RFQ.
• Contactable references at client organizations willing to provide performance feedback.
• Demonstration of adequate human resource capacity, including a detailed company organogram and dedicated personnel.
• Availability of relevant equipment, either owned, leased, or planned for purchase/hire, with details on capacity and supplier information.
• Adherence to the project programme, including task durations, start and finish dates, and resource allocation.

Skills Requirements

The skills requirements for bidders include:

• Proven experience in pharmaceuticals analysis, with references to previous similar projects.
• Qualified personnel with expertise in pharmaceuticals testing and analysis.
• Capability to manage and coordinate resources effectively, including human resources and equipment.
• Ability to meet project timelines and deliverables as per the specified programme.
• Effective communication skills for providing references and coordinating inspections if necessary.
