The primary objective of this tender is to secure reputable service providers for the provision of various maintenance services at the Coega Development Corporation (CDC) facilities. The aim is to establish a 60-month service level agreement to ensure ongoing, reliable maintenance and installation support across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, refrigeration, emergency power, fire protection systems, and aluminum doors and facades. The overarching goal is to maintain the operational integrity, safety, and compliance of CDC-managed buildings and infrastructure, supporting socio-economic development and infrastructure development initiatives.
The scope of work encompasses planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance services, as well as new installations, on the following systems and facilities within CDC locations in Gqeberha and Kariega:
Specific activities include routine inspections, emergency call-outs, repairs, replacements, and installation of new equipment, all in line with relevant standards and legislation.
