The primary objective of this tender is to appoint capable and competent service providers to deliver various maintenance and management services for the Coega Development Corporation (CDC). Specifically, the focus is on reactive and corrective maintenance of CDC-managed buildings, utilities, specialized bulk water infrastructure, and related systems within the Coega SEZ and Port of Ngqura. The aim is to ensure efficient infrastructure operation, innovative utility management solutions, and proactive maintenance to support socio-economic development and industrialization efforts.
