Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a professional presenter or host to facilitate a Family Feud-style game show during the SACAA Ethics Culture Day. The event aims to promote ethical awareness, strengthen client-centricity, and foster inclusivity and collaboration among employees through an engaging, interactive format. The host is expected to encourage positive energy, facilitate audience participation, and deliver messages aligned with themes of ethics, governance, diversity, and inclusion.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Providing a qualified presenter/host experienced in hosting Family Feud-style game shows.
• Designing and delivering an engaging game show aligned with the SACAA Culture Day themes: Client-Centricity, Ethics and Governance, and Diversity and Inclusion.
• Engaging an audience of approximately 450 employees, ensuring maximum participation and inclusivity throughout the event.
• Addressing challenges related to SACAA Values, Ethics Policy and Code of Conduct, workplace behaviour and culture, and ethical decision-making scenarios.
• Ensuring seamless delivery, maintaining appropriate messaging, tone, and duration of the program.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Experience in hosting interactive game shows, particularly Family Feud-style formats.
• Ability to promote ethical behaviour, collaboration, and client-centred service delivery through the game show.
• Capability to engage a large audience effectively, encouraging participation and positive energy.
• Deliverables must include a well-structured, seamless program that aligns with the event themes and objectives.
• Provision of all necessary equipment, materials, and support to facilitate the game show.

Skills Requirements

The skills required for the successful bidder include:

• Proven experience in hosting interactive, engaging game shows or similar events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and energize an audience.
• Strong understanding of ethics, governance, diversity, and inclusion topics to effectively incorporate these themes into the presentation.
• Ability to manage large groups and facilitate inclusive participation.
