The primary objective of this tender is to procure and maintain the OpenText ECM (Enterprise Content Management) software licenses, including service and technical support, within an existing private local cloud-based environment. The contract aims to ensure ongoing license renewal, technical support, system maintenance, and potential expansion over a period of five (5) years, supporting the NHLS’s digital transformation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
