The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Graphic Design Course to enhance skills and capabilities in graphic design within the relevant department or organization.
The scope of the tender includes the procurement and delivery of a comprehensive graphic design course. Bidders are required to submit their proposals via the e-tender portal, ensuring timely upload and adherence to submission guidelines. The contract will cover the provision of the course as specified in the bid documents, with the successful bidder expected to fulfill all contractual obligations related to the course delivery.
