The primary objective of this tender is to procure mobile contracts for a period of five (5) years to support the communication needs of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. The service provider is expected to supply cellular phones, tablets, mobile data cards, bulk messaging, and related services to enhance operational efficiency and communication within the municipality.
