  • Development of exemplar questions, model answers, and assessment reports.
  • Development of assessment tools for the Family Law qualification, including exam papers and marking guides.
  • Completion of development within three (3) weeks per qualification, with the contract period extending up to 31 March 2026 to accommodate amendments or moderation processes.
  • Provision of reports and documentation related to assessment development and moderation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

  • Development of assessment instruments aligned with the specific OQ blueprint.
  • Inclusion of relevant marking memoranda and answers.
  • Engagement with QPs and moderators to ensure quality and compliance.
