The primary objective of this tender is to provide comprehensive training for Recognised Shop Stewards at OBP.   • Completion of training by 31 September 2026.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must meet the following technical requirements:

  • Provide references for at least two similar services completed within the last 36 months.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and facilitating labour relations or shop steward training for at least five years.
  • Show proven experience in delivering training on the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, collective bargaining, disciplinary processes, grievance management, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure facilitators possess qualifications in Labour Law or an LLB with specialization, with a minimum of 10 years' practical labour relations experience, supported by CVs and qualifications.
  • Provide a detailed training programme, methodology, and sample course materials as part of the proposal.
  • Be an accredited training provider with valid Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) or relevant accreditation.
  • Provide facilitation, learner materials, attendance registers, and certificates of completion.
