The primary objective of this tender is to procure a WhatsApp AI-enabled omnichannel communication platform for SAQA that enhances service delivery, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. The solution aims to facilitate accessible, real-time interaction channels for stakeholders, automate routine inquiries, improve service turnaround times, and align with government digital transformation and compliance standards.
