Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure branded corporate uniforms for merSETA to enhance brand visibility, maintain a consistent corporate image, and promote a unified identity across stakeholder-facing activities. The uniform provision aims to support ongoing efforts to strengthen brand presence and uphold corporate identity standards.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of standardized corporate uniforms, specifically long-sleeved shirts for both male and female staff, in approved styles, sizes, and colours (grey/white). The process involves:

• Submission of samples for approval by a specified date (28 November 2025).
• Delivery of uniforms strictly in accordance with the approved samples, with no substitutions or deviations.
• Adherence to quality and specification standards as determined by merSETA.

The scope also covers the provision of artwork approval, sample presentation, and compliance with quality and branding standards.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of samples for approval prior to full order printing.
• Uniforms must match the approved sample in quality, colour, and specifications.
• No substitutions or deviations from approved artwork and standards are permitted.
• Delivery must be completed in accordance with the approved sample standards, with strict adherence to quality and material specifications.
• Uniforms should be comfortable, easy to move in, and suitable for professional use.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying corporate uniforms or similar apparel, with references of previous projects.
• Ability to produce high-quality samples that meet branding and quality standards.
• Capability to deliver within specified timelines and adhere to quality control processes.
• Knowledge of branding, artwork approval processes, and compliance with corporate identity standards.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage sample presentation, artwork approval, and large-volume uniform delivery.
