The primary objective of this tender is to procure an Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) for a period of three (3) years, with an optional extension of an additional two (2) years at the discretion of The SIU. The programme aims to enhance employee well-being through various services, including health awareness, counselling, training, and support for both employees and management, thereby promoting a healthier and more productive workforce.
The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of comprehensive employee wellness services, including:

Pricing and disbursements must adhere to specified rates, with travel costs limited to approved rates and subject to prior approval by SIU. Disbursements will not be used for price evaluation.
