The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Whistleblower Reporting Service aimed at the public, enabling anonymous reporting of Umalusi staff involved in fraud and/or corruption. The service aims to establish secure and accessible reporting channels, manage reports 24/7, and provide regular, password-protected reports to Umalusi.
