The primary objective of this tender is to procure training services for the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Upon successful completion, delegates should demonstrate an understanding of financial management principles, regulatory frameworks, and the application of public finance management practices within the context of government operations. The training aims to enhance participants' capacity to manage revenue, expenditure, assets, liabilities, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
The scope encompasses the design and delivery of a comprehensive PFMA training course aligned with SAQA US 377913 at NQF Level 5 with 15 credits. The training will cover modules such as core components of PFMA and Treasury Regulations, strategic and operational planning, management of financial resources, internal controls, governance, supply chain management, financial reporting, and performance management. The course will be delivered virtually via MS Teams over three consecutive days, including facilitation, assessment, moderation, and certification processes.
