Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a training course in public speaking and presentation skills for Brand South Africa employees. The scope of work includes:

• Providing a comprehensive public speaking and presentation skills training course tailored for Brand South Africa employees.
• Course content must cover the following areas:
  • Confidence & Anxiety Management: Strategies to handle stage fright and present with conviction.
  • Preparation and Structure: Researching topics, defining clear purposes, organizing content, and crafting introductions and conclusions.
  • Delivery and Confidence: Vocal techniques (modulation, projection, articulation) and non-verbal communication (body language, eye contact, gestures).
  • Audience Engagement: Tailoring messages to audience needs, storytelling, and maintaining engagement.
  • Impromptu Speaking: Developing the ability to think quickly and handle unexpected questions.

The training should be delivered as a course for Brand South Africa employees, with specific deliverables including the course outline, training materials, and execution of the training session(s).

Technical Requirements

• Proof of experience in providing public speaking and presentation skills training, demonstrated through reference letters on client letterhead, indicating the type of services offered.
• The course outline must include the specified content areas.
• Adherence to the scope of work and delivery within the specified timeline.
• Provision of a detailed budget breakdown.
• Compliance with Brand South Africa’s procurement policies and evaluation criteria, including preference points for specific goals and B-BBEE status.
• Submission of all required documentation, including proof of experience, company registration details, and compliance certificates.
