The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the support and maintenance of Joburg Market's Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server, and Microsoft SQL Server environments over a period of 36 months. The goal is to ensure continuous system availability, optimal performance, security, and support for critical business systems including sales processing, producer payments, data warehousing, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
