The primary objective of this tender is to renovate and convert the disused Nomathamsanqa Municipal Office into a functional Traffic Services Delivery Facility, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency within the municipality.
The scope of work includes the comprehensive renovation and conversion of the existing municipal office building. This encompasses structural modifications, interior fit-outs, installation of necessary infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards to facilitate traffic services operations.
