The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced valuer to evaluate biological assets on behalf of the Umzinyathi District Development Agency. This evaluation is a one-time exercise for the 2025-2026 financial year.
The scope involves conducting a comprehensive valuation of biological assets owned or managed by the Umzinyathi District Development Agency for the specified financial year. The evaluation is a one-off task, with the successful service provider responsible for delivering the valuation report within the stipulated timeframe.
