The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider capable of booking and placing various media platforms to create awareness of the 2026 Budget Speech for the City of Johannesburg. The goal is to effectively communicate and promote the Budget Speech across multiple media channels to reach the target audience and ensure widespread awareness.
