The primary objective of this tender is to gather information to inform and develop a strategy for the Telecommunications Work Management, Network Analysis, and Activity Log System(s). It aims to assess market capabilities, gather indicative pricing, and understand system functionalities to support NTCSA's future system development or procurement decisions.
The scope encompasses the following systems:
Each system's modules, functionalities, integration capabilities, data migration options, licensing, and compliance with the scope of work are to be evaluated. The tender also considers system development timelines and associated costs for implementation and enhancements.
