Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of qualified advertisers to be engaged on an as-and-when-required basis by the City of Joburg Property Company (JPC) for a period of three (03) years. The goal is to facilitate the booking, placement, and management of various advertising spaces across multiple media platforms to promote the City’s initiatives, notices, and other communication needs efficiently and cost-effectively.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Booking and placement of advertisements in specified newspapers, including digital and electronic media such as radio, TV, billboards, online platforms, social media, newsletters, and government gazettes.
• Receiving draft adverts and ensuring their correct placement with clear identification of media name and date.
• Managing advertisements across various channels to achieve optimal visibility and impact.
• Ensuring advertisements are published or broadcasted on the scheduled dates.
• Maintaining quality standards in grammar and language usage.
• Adapting advertisement sizes and formats according to specific needs and media requirements.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:
