The primary objective of this tender is to solicit proposals for the disposal of the Elidz Fort Jackson Complex, including various properties within the East London Industrial Development Zone (IDZ). The aim is to select a suitable tenderer to acquire and manage the disposal of specified properties at competitive prices.
