Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Full Project Management Service Provider to deliver a comprehensive turn-key solution for office accommodation, fit-out, relocation, and project management services across six (6) provincial offices of the Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LGSETA). The aim is to ensure efficient, professional, and seamless management of office infrastructure projects to support LGSETA's operational needs.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of office accommodation solutions for six LGSETA provincial offices.
• Office fit-out services to prepare the spaces for operational use.
• Office relocation services, including planning and execution of moves.
• Comprehensive project management services to oversee and coordinate all activities related to the above components.

Note: The Mpumalanga turn-key office fit-out has been repealed; bidders are advised not to submit proposals for this component in Mpumalanga.

Technical Requirements

• Bidders may submit multiple proposals for different provinces but must submit a separate tender document for each province.
• The allocated office space must be exclusive and not shared with other tenants.
• Evaluation will be based on an 80/20 price and preference points system.
• Bid submissions must adhere to the stipulated deadlines and instructions, including technical and SCM enquiries by 5 September 2025 at 17:00.
• Each bid must be submitted as a separate document per province; joint ventures are permitted but cannot bid for the same province as an individual or joint venture.
