The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to renew the existing Mimecast licenses for 945 users, acquire additional licenses for 255 users, and support services. Additionally, the scope includes renewing Mimecast Security Awareness Training licenses for 1200 users, along with related security tools such as DMARC analyzer and SPF delegation tools. The overarching goal is to ensure continued email management, security, and support for the IDC’s operations.
