Objectives

Scope

The scope encompasses the complete design, financing, provision, installation, operation, and maintenance of a parking management system within Newcastle's CBD area. This includes:

• On-street and municipal parking ground management
• Provision of parking management hardware and software solutions
• Deployment and management of parking marshals
• Implementation of signage, road markings, and related infrastructure
• Training and supervision of parking marshals
• Operational management, reporting, and revenue collection
• System integration with municipal data and other relevant platforms

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Ability to develop and execute operational and management plans, including reporting and revenue collection procedures
• Financial stability and compliance with municipal procurement policies
