The primary objective of this tender is to conceptualise, develop, and implement an effective, integrated tourism marketing and communication campaign for Destination Johannesburg. The approach is to utilize a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy over a period of three years, aiming to position and promote Johannesburg as a premier tourism destination through innovative, creative, and integrated efforts.
The scope encompasses the conceptualisation, creative development, and execution of an all-encompassing marketing and communication campaign. This includes above, below, and through-the-line marketing activities, using a 360-degree approach to reach diverse audiences. The project involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including potential joint ventures, consortiums, subcontractors, and partners, to deliver a cohesive and impactful tourism promotion effort for Johannesburg over three years.
