The primary objective of this tender is to establish a service level agreement with qualified law firms and/or legal practitioners for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The engagement aims to provide legal services as specified in the terms of reference, supporting the legal needs of Ugu District Municipality.
The scope involves the placement of attorneys on the municipal panel to deliver legal services over a 36-month period. The procurement process includes the issuance of bid documents, evaluation based on functionality, price, and preference, and the awarding of contracts to suitable bidders. The scope also encompasses adherence to procurement regulations and specific goals related to local economic development and transformation.
