The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to deliver comprehensive Employee Health and Wellness Services to the Northern Cape Provincial Treasury (NCPT) for a period of three (3) years. The aim is to create a safe, healthy, and resilient work environment, supporting employee well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
The scope encompasses the provision of a broad range of Employee Health and Wellness services, including:
The services must be accessible to approximately 426 employees across five regions in the Northern Cape, including their immediate family members, with provisions for telephonic support for those residing outside service areas.
