The primary objective of this tender is to select qualified respondents capable of developing an alternative waste treatment facility for the City of Johannesburg through a public-private partnership (PPP). The project aims to enhance waste management infrastructure and services within the municipality by establishing an efficient and sustainable waste treatment solution.
