Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure accredited Digital Transformation Training services to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants in digital transformation concepts, tools, and strategies relevant to the tourism sector. The training aims to cover understanding digital disruption, digital government, customer experience management, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and strategic planning for digital initiatives.

Scope

The scope includes providing a comprehensive Digital Transformation Training program within Pretoria CBD from 5th to 9th October 2026. The training will target 15 delegates at levels 6 to 12, delivered over 5 days through face-to-face and/or online modes. The service provider must be accredited (SETa or DHE), provide all learning materials, facilitate assessments, moderation, and issue certificates of competence. Logistics such as venue, security, refreshments, and supplies are also within scope.

Technical Requirements

• Accreditation as a training service provider (SETa or DHE) with proof of registration, credits (8), and NQF Level 5.
• Provision of a detailed course content aligned with registered unit standards and SAQA learning outcomes.
• Delivery of a 5-day training program covering topics such as digital transformation fundamentals, disruption, digital government, customer experience, business intelligence, AI, emerging technologies, and strategic tools.
• Provision of learning materials, facilitation, assessment, moderation, and certification.
• Training to be conducted within Pretoria CBD, meeting all OHS and security requirements, including refreshments and lunch.
• Supply of stationery and training materials.
• Monitoring and evaluation to ensure adherence to specifications, including attendance, evaluation reports, and invoice submission.

Skills Requirements

• Proven accreditation and registration with SETA or DHE.
• Experience in delivering digital transformation training, preferably within the tourism or government sectors.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging face-to-face and online training sessions.
• Capability to prepare and provide comprehensive learning materials aligned with SAQA standards.
• Competence in assessment, moderation, and issuing certificates of competence.
• Strong logistical and administrative skills to manage training logistics, attendance, and reporting.
• Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and strategic planning for digital transformation.
