The primary objective of this tender is to procure facilitation services for Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Training targeted at three (3) officials. The aim is to enhance the participants' emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities through specialized training sessions.
The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of training facilitation services specifically focused on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership development for three (3) officials. The training should be tailored to meet the developmental needs of the officials and delivered in a manner that ensures effective learning and skill acquisition.
