The primary objective of this tender is to procure a facilitator for the Board Risk Workshop, ensuring effective risk management and governance practices within the organization. The procurement aims to identify a qualified service provider capable of delivering professional facilitation services tailored to the organization's needs.
The scope includes the provision of facilitation services for the Board Risk Workshop, covering planning, execution, and post-workshop reporting. It encompasses the preparation of workshop materials, conducting the workshop, and providing recommendations or reports based on the workshop outcomes. The scope may also include related incidental services such as technical assistance, training, and support as specified in the tender documents.
