The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider to facilitate the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) Executive team building session in 2026. The session aims to foster cohesive leadership, align organizational goals, and support strategic initiatives aligned with ACSA’s Vision 2030. The theme for the event is “Pulse Check: Listening, Learning, and Leading,” emphasizing listening with intention, sharing insights, and strengthening leadership capabilities.

The event will be conducted in person, and the service provider must assist with facilitation activities aligned with the theme and objectives.
Additional technical considerations include adherence to event timing, venue arrangements, and ensuring a smooth facilitation process.
