The primary objective of this tender is to obtain competitive quotations for the renewal and expansion of PRASA's Convene software licenses. The successful bidder will supply additional licenses, verify compatibility with existing systems, provide technical support, and ensure seamless integration and ongoing support for the Convene board-meeting management software.
