Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations for the supply of medical equipment. Scope

Technical Requirements

• Completion and submission of the Bidder’s Disclosure form, including details of employment relationships with organs of state and related enterprises.
• Declaration of independence from competitors and adherence to procurement regulations.
• Provision of detailed company information, including registration status and active CSD registration numbers.
• Compliance with B-BBEE requirements, including declarations of black beneficiaries, black woman beneficiaries, and black designated group beneficiaries.
• Financial capacity verification based on latest financial statements or management accounts, indicating whether the enterprise qualifies as an EME or QSE.
• Signature and certification of the accuracy of all submitted information.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to complete detailed disclosure and declaration forms accurately and comprehensively.
• Understanding of procurement regulations, including compliance with the Competition Act and Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act.
• Knowledge of B-BBEE compliance and reporting requirements.
• Capability to provide financial documentation demonstrating enterprise size and capacity.
• Competence in providing detailed company and enterprise information, including registration and operational details.
• Ability to certify and sign declarations under oath, demonstrating integrity and legal compliance.
