The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the supply and delivery of sleepers and fastenings for the Metrorail Gauteng Region. The contract aims to ensure the timely provision of quality railway sleepers and fastening components on an as-and-when-required basis over a period of 12 months, supporting maintenance and infrastructure upgrade projects.
The scope encompasses the procurement and delivery of various types of sleepers and fastenings, including:
