The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for supplying and delivering refurbished components for the 18E locomotive. The aim is to ensure the locomotives are maintained with high-quality refurbished parts to support operational efficiency and reliability.
The scope includes the refurbishment and supply of various locomotive components such as MPU, Riom, Cab Riom, Battery Charger Card, Timer Card, Voltage Regulator, Screen Refurbishments, Speed Probes, Transistors, Feedback and Invertor Boxes, among others. The work involves both the refurbishment of existing parts and the supply of new or reconditioned components as specified in the scope of work annexure.
Component viewing is available by appointment at the specified depot, and the successful bidder will be responsible for timely delivery within the agreed schedule.
