The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for booking and placing various media platforms to create awareness about the 2026 State of the City Address (SOCA). The aim is to effectively communicate and promote the event through multiple advertising channels in collaboration with the City of Johannesburg's Group Communication and Marketing Department.
