Evaluation & Compliance Framework

• Scoring Model: An 80/20 system applies, with 80 points allocated to price competitiveness and 20 points to preferential procurement goals.
• Submission Requirements: Quotations must be on official letterhead, include VAT registration (if applicable), specify firm pricing valid for the contract duration, and be accompanied by a completed SBD 4 form, CSD master registration number, tax clearance PIN, certified ID, and company registration documents.
• Payment Terms: No upfront payments are provided. Payment is processed within 30 days of satisfactory service delivery and receipt of a valid invoice.
