Objectives

• Office and gym equipment such as treadmills, spin bikes, barbells, and benches
• Outdoor sports equipment including soccer kits, netball and volleyball sets, basketball hoops, and related accessories
• Therapeutic and recreational items such as therapeutic play materials, board games, and toys
• Furniture and fixtures for sports and recreational facilities
• Specialized equipment for therapeutic programs and rehabilitation centers
• Additional items like sound systems, outdoor gym equipment, and other miscellaneous appliances as per attached specifications

The procurement covers the complete supply, delivery, and installation processes, ensuring that all equipment is operational and compliant with relevant standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that all equipment must adhere to the following standards and specifications:

• Equipment must be of high quality, durable, and suitable for the intended use in a public facility setting
• Gym and sports equipment should meet safety standards and be suitable for the specified age groups and user weights
• Outdoor sports equipment must be weather-resistant, powder-coated, and securely anchored
• Therapeutic and recreational items should be non-toxic, child-friendly, and compliant with safety regulations
• All electrical equipment, such as sound systems and electronic devices, must be compliant with electrical safety standards and include necessary features like power output specifications and safety mechanisms
• Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel, ensuring safety and operational efficiency
• All items must be delivered within a specified period of 2 weeks from the award of the tender
• Suppliers must provide relevant documentation, certifications, and proof of compliance where applicable, especially for preference points and goal-specific criteria
