Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a reliable and cost-effective supply of standardized self-adhesive labels to support the operational, administrative, or data-management functions of the issuing organization.

Scope

The procurement covers three colour variants of 19mm self-adhesive labels. Each variant must be supplied in boxes containing 250 labels. The required colours are green, orange, and blue. Bidders are required to submit unit pricing for each colour option, with actual quantities to be fulfilled according to the buyer’s future requirements or delivery schedule.

Technical Requirements

• Product Specifications: Labels must be 19mm in width, feature a self-adhesive backing, and be manufactured in green, orange, and blue.
• Packaging: Labels must be supplied in standardized packs of 250 per box.
• Pricing Structure: All line-item prices must be quoted exclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). The final grand total must be inclusive of VAT at the statutory rate.
• Tax Compliance: VAT may only be applied by suppliers who are formally registered as VAT vendors with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
• Pricing Type: Only firm, fixed prices will be accepted. Conditional pricing, provisional estimates, or prices subject to exchange rate variations are strictly prohibited.
• Bid Validity: Submitted offers must remain binding for 30 days from the closing date.
