The primary objective of this tender is to select a suitable and qualified Service Provider to manage the total precinct management of the Newtown Precinct Area. The aim is to ensure effective area management and rejuvenation over a period of 36 months.
The scope of the project involves comprehensive management and rejuvenation activities within the Newtown Precinct Area. The selected Service Provider will be responsible for the overall precinct management for a duration of three years (36 months).
