The primary objective of this tender is to select a qualified service provider to perform air conditioning (A/C) servicing across all Land Bank branches for a duration of 12 months. The service aims to ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of the A/C units through regular minor and major servicing, thereby supporting the Bank's operational efficiency and infrastructure upkeep.
The scope encompasses comprehensive air conditioning unit servicing at all branches within the Northern and Southern regions. Specifically, the work includes:
